Our
New Investment
Innotek Corporation has
invested in a new machine, the Mycenter HX300i, which
will support our Value Added customers. It enables
many new capabilities, here are just a few:
Throughput speed allows for less expensive machining,
therefore allows us to cut the
cost of the product
Reduces scrap and rejected parts due to its ultra
precision
Decreases shipping times due to lower maintenance
and down time
Reduced set-up time due to latest in software
and design technology
ISO 9001:2000
Innotek has successfully completed the ISO 9001:2000
Surveillance Audit conducted on April 1, 2004 . Innotek
upgraded it's registration to the new ISO 9001:2000
standard in February 2003, and this audit marks the
first successful surveillance audit since that date.
Surveillance audits are conducted once a year and are
generally shorter than the initial compliance audit,
although there is an increased rigor in interpretation
of the ISO Standard and an expectation of system improvements.
We
were pleased to receive positive feedback from Orion
on the strength of our quality system and the improvements
put into place since last year.
Circle Seal Commends Our Performance
For two years in a row Innotek has exceeded our forecasted sales goals. In 2002 we were 135% of goal and in 2003 we were 138% of goal.
